Install IBO Player from your television app store.

    Use the official application store on your compatible Smart TV and search for IBO Player. Availability can vary by brand, model and region.

  2. 02Install and open IBO Player

    Check the app name carefully, install it and open it. Do not use a website asking for Kensat payment or service credentials.

  3. 03Find the activation details

    The opening screen normally displays a MAC address or Device ID together with a Device Key. Leave that screen open.

  4. 04Photograph the television screen

    Open your secure Kensat customer page on your phone and photograph the TV straight-on with all characters visible.

  5. 05Check and send the picture

    Use the preview to make sure the complete MAC address and Device Key are sharp, then send the encrypted picture.

  6. 06Reopen the app when ready

    Kensat activates and configures the player. After confirmation, close and reopen IBO Player or use its Refresh option.
