Install IBO Player from the App Store and upload a screenshot.

    Open the Apple App Store, search for IBO Player and check the app name before installing.

  2. 02Open the activation screen

    Launch the app. Keep the screen showing the Device ID or MAC address and Device Key visible.

  3. 03Take a screenshot

    Capture the full activation screen so every letter and number is sharp. Do not crop either code.

  4. 04Choose the screenshot

    Return to your secure Kensat customer page and select the screenshot from Photos.

  5. 05Review and submit

    Make sure the complete MAC address and Device Key are sharp in the preview, then send the encrypted picture.

  6. 06Restart after confirmation

    When Kensat confirms activation, fully close IBO Player and open it again.
