Player installation guide
Install IBO Player and send your activation screen.
Follow the short Kensat guide to install IBO Player, find the MAC address and Device Key, and send them securely for activation.
How it works
Six short steps
Your activation picture is encrypted in protected Kensat storage and can be viewed only by a signed-in administrator until the request is deleted.

Install Downloader
On Fire TV or Android, install the official Downloader app from the device app store. If it is unavailable, ask Kensat for the current approved route.

Enter the app code
Open Downloader, enter the code shown on this page and choose Go. Install only the app supplied through the Kensat guide.
- 03
Open the player
Launch the player and leave its first activation screen open. Do not enter your Kensat service password here.

Show both activation codes
Make sure the full MAC address or Device ID and the Device Key are visible, sharp and free from glare.

Take and send
Open Kensat Fast Connect on your phone, take a clear picture showing both codes, check the preview and send it securely.
- 06
Wait for confirmation
Kensat prepares the app and your service. When we confirm it is ready, fully close and reopen the player or use Refresh.
