Kensat records trial, account, support and app-activation details to respond, provide setup help and administer the service. Marketing is optional and requires separate consent.
What you need to know
Data collected: contact details; device, language and referral choices; trial, contact, support, renewal and complaint messages; reviews; activation-screen photos; and confirmed app-activation identifiers
Activation photos sent through Fast Connect or a private customer profile are encrypted in protected Kensat storage and visible only to signed-in administrators until the activation request is deleted
Confirmed MAC or Device ID and Device Key values are encrypted in protected Kensat storage
Purpose: arrange trials, answer enquiries and complaints, provide support, process renewal requests, moderate authorised reviews, configure compatible apps and administer customer accounts
Private customer-profile links act as access keys and must be kept private; anyone holding a valid link may view that profile
If you continue to WhatsApp, WhatsApp processes the conversation under its own privacy terms
Lead and customer records are exported only by an authorised administrator
Cookie-free aggregate page totals do not contain IP addresses or customer identifiers
Optional marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time
